After doing a couple of trips with my Belstaff 556 Colonial Bag as my camera bag, I realized the missing pad really adds weight into my shoulder. The leather pad is beautiful but cuts into your shoulder with heavy loads. So I found this waxed canvas shoulder pad in dark brown from Timbuk2 and ordered it. The color is not a perfect match but I think it looks pretty good. An upcoming trip to China will test it out.
